We provide the maintenance your grease trap needs to ensure your system is operating correctly and to reduce the risk of clogged lines, expensive repairs and potential fines.
Your grease trap collects the fats, oils and grease and allows water to pass through and exit into the sewer. If not properly maintained, the grease build up in your system will pass through into the sewer lines. This waste can cause clogging, potentially enter a sewer facility and result in owner fines.
Most counties require a scheduled pump out which is documented through a manifest which documents originator, transporter and receiver/disposal information.
The originator is responsible for the waste until it is disposed. We have our own disposal site which gives the customer piece of mind the waste is being disposed of in compliance with local and government regulations.
To ensure sound customer service, we will contact you one (1) week prior to a scheduled pump out to verify to date of our visit.
Grease Trap Repair & Maintenance
We provide repair and maintenance services for your grease trap. We offer a maintenance plan to keep your grease trap functioning properly and to avoid potential issues caused by collected fats, oils and grease.
In addition, this plan will aid in keeping you in compliance with State and local regulations. Our objective is to set up a maintenance plan that will service your needs.
We are equipped with a hydro jet to clear lines that could become problematic. We also are prepared to repair you grease trap or lines if required.
We are a “one stop shop” to meet you waste disposal and ongoing repair and maintenance needs.
Oil Water Separators
Over time, solids build up in the chambers reducing the capacity, flow, and effectiveness of the separator itself. Periodically, these solids need to be vacuumed out and disposed of. If not a bypass can occur which will allow oil to be discharged instead of cleaned properly. This can lead to very expensive permit violations and compliance issues.
We can pump and clean oil water separators to maintain there working efficiency.
